Slotter Tool Assembly Sequence
- Thru Hole Basic Type

- 1Assemble No.1 Wedge and No.2 Insert tip. (Be careful about wedge assembly direction)
- 2Put the assembled parts in No.3 Holder. (Match the wedge groove and the center of the tightening bolt screw)
- 3Slowly tighten No.4 Tightening bolt.
- Tight Hole Basic Type

- 1Assemble No.2 insert tip to No.3 Holder. (Assemble to fit the insert tip with the lower pin)
- 2After assembling the insert tip, assemble to fit No.1 wedge part with the insert tip. (Match the groove of the wedge center and the center of the bolted part of the lower holder)
- 3Complete assembly by slowly tightening No.4 tightening bolt.
